Contract
Categories of Personnel
- RRI Facilitators.
They may co-facilitate Relationship Resources' Workshops sponsored by their own or other businesses or groups. They
will be provided notes, transparencies, and notebook materials.
- RRI Mentors. They
are authorized to mentor RRI Facilitators, under the supervision of a RRI
Trainer, and to coordinate SYPS Workshops with new Facilitators.
- RRI Trainers. They
are empowered to train and mentor RRI Facilitators, Mentors and Trainers.
Requirements
To become a RRI Facilitator...
The
first seven items must be received by RRI before you will be placed on a list to
go to a facilitator=s
workshop.

A
letter of recommendation from your business or organization, stating why they
believe you would be a good facilitator.

Successfully complete a Relationship Resources Workshop and receive
a recommendation from the workshop facilitators.

Study
through the whole workbook, doing each Bible Study, self-assessment and
opportunities for growth. Discuss your study with a Relationship Resources,
Inc. (RRI) trainer or mentor.

Fill
out the RRI
application for facilitators and return it to
RRI.

Read
ALearning
to Listen, Learning to Teach@
by Jane Vella before the facilitator training.

A
letter stating that you are willing and able to do workshops for other
businesses or groups at least once a year. This could be inviting people
outside our business or group to attend a workshop you are doing. This letter
should also state that you are willing to participate in an ongoing growth
process. See AA

Allow
three or four people to fill out references on you.
Download and send out the
reference
form according to instructions on the application. These references must
be received by RRI
-
Successfully
complete RRI=s
training for facilitators, and be invited to become a RRI facilitator.

Sign
RRI's facilitator
contract.
Be
mentored in your first two SYPS workshops by an RRI mentor.
To become a RRI Mentor...
- Complete the requirements for becoming a Facilitator.
- Serve as a Co-facilitator in at least two SYPS
Workshops with two different RRI Mentors or Trainers, and be recommended by
them to move toward becoming a Mentor.
- Participate as a coach in a second Facilitators’
Workshop.
- Be mentored by a RRI Mentor or Trainer.
- Read Training Through Dialogue by Jane Vella and Instructor
Excellence by Bob Powers. Read again through the SYPS
workbook and all Facilitators' notes.
To become a RRI Trainer...
- Fulfill the requirements for a RRI Mentor.
- Be invited to move toward becoming a RRI Trainer, by a
RRI trainer.
- Serve as an Intern in a Facilitators’ Training
Workshop.
- Serve as a co-trainer in a Facilitators’ Training
Workshop.
- Be mentored by a RRI Trainer.
- Complete required reading as directed. Re-read the
complete SYPS syllabus.
