Maximize Every Relationship.
Most of us struggle with interpersonal skills in some ways.
We all want to have better relationships, yet we don't know what we are doing wrong or what we need to do.
This workshop gives you the basic skills to be able to have better,
more effective relationships. This workshop includes:

De-Stress Your
Life. Everyone
has stress to some degree. Stress
in itself is not bad. It is
what we do with our stress that determines how much it affects us and those
around me. This workshop works
through some basic skills for handling stress.
This includes:

C.
Turn Conflict into Opportunity. Conflict
is inevitable in families, communities, businesses -- wherever there are people.
Conflict is never easy, but as we learn some basic skills for managing
conflict, it becomes less overwhelming and scary.
This workshop includes:

Build Trust.
Trust is vitally important in all of our relationships, and yet trust
is too often broken. When trust
is broken, relationships break down. This workshop helps us discover what we
do that breaks down trust, both individually, as well as organizationally.
It also helps us discover how to build trust, keep trust and even
rebuild trust. The sessions
include:

Help the Hurting.
So many people around us are hurting, whether from abuse, divorce, lack
of emotional support, and many other reasons.
To be effective in our lives, we need to be able to help
those around us in meaningful ways. This
workshop includes:

Lead Effective,
Energized Groups.
In this workshop you will learn the basic principles of adult learning,
and how you can apply them to your group, whether your group is small or large.
You'll
learn how to more effectively incorporate into your groups: small group and
large group discussion, demonstrations, debriefing, self-assessments, learning
tasks for the group, and reflection.
