D.        Build Trust.  Trust is vitally important in all of our relationships, and yet trust is too often broken.  When trust is broken, relationships break down. This workshop helps us discover what we do that breaks down trust, both individually, as well as organizationally.  It also helps us discover how to build trust, keep trust and even rebuild trust.  The sessions include:

      1.   An overview of the skills in the Basic Workshop, in A above

      2.         Build Trust (1-3 sessions)

      3.         Be an Encourager

 E.        Help the Hurting.  So many people around us are hurting, whether from abuse, divorce, lack of emotional support, and many other reasons.  To be effective in our lives, we need to be able to help those around us in meaningful ways.  This workshop includes:

1.         An overview of the skills in the Basic Workshop, in A above

2.         Help Others Grieve Well

3.         Be an Encourager

G.        Lead Effective, Energized Groups.  In this workshop you will learn the basic principles of adult learning, and how you can apply them to your group, whether your group is small or large.  You'll learn how to more effectively incorporate into your groups: small group and large group discussion, demonstrations, debriefing, self-assessments, learning tasks for the group, and reflection.
