Change your perspective in a conflict

Colossians 3:12—Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.

Last week we looked at who we are and how God sees us. Let’s look at the beginning of this verse again. Yes, you are chosen, holy and dearly loved.

Think about who else God sees like He sees you? Is the person you are in conflict with also chosen by God, holy and dearly loved? It’s usually hard to see someone we’re having a conflict with in this way. If we can stop and see the person we’re struggling to like in this way, how might it change our perspective?
