God’s Design for Community is based on the book and subsequent workshops called Sharpening Your Interpersonal Skills written by Ken and Gaylyn Williams, a father-daughter team.  Gaylyn, as well as Ken and his wife Bobbie, served with Wycliffe Bible Translators.
