Father Who Sees What is Done in Secret

Matthew 6:6—But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.   

Some things you can do today with God’s name:

• Knowing that our heavenly Father sees what we do in secret can be either comforting or distressing. If we are living our lives to please Him, we won’t mind Him seeing everything we do. However, if we are doing things we know we shouldn’t do, remember God still sees everything. Is there anything you might need to confess?
• Ask the Lord to remind you that He sees everything you do, even when you think no one sees or will ever know.
• Thank Him that He does see what you do when no one else can see.
