For the Lord Most High is awesome.
He is the great King of all the earth.
Psalm 47:2 (NLT)
Steps on Your Journey to Know God More Intimately:
Gadol is great or high. Melek is king and erets means land, earth or country.
Yesterday we looked at the first part of this verse. Meditate on the Great King of All the Earth.
Imagine one King over the entire earth. What might that look like?
How does God act as a King?
How should we respond to the Great King?
Do you need to change anything in your life to treat God as the Great King?
Worship your King today.
A Prayer for You:
Great King of all the Earth, I bow down and worship You today. You are worthy of my worship and honor, because You are in the highest position there is on earth. Forgive me for all the times I fail to recognize You and treat You as my King.
Blessings on you as you get to know God,
