Lift your eyes and look to the heavens: Who created all these?
He who brings out the starry host one by one, and calls them each by name. Because of his great power, not one of them is missing.
Isaiah 40:26
Steps on Your Journey to Know God More Intimately:
• NASA estimates the number of stars just in the known universe to be 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000! Just try to imagine how many that is! I wonder how many stars are still not seen by us yet.
• Consider how great our God is, that He takes care of each one of the stars, and calls them each by name. That’s a lot of names! Imagine trying to keep track of all those names.
• Praise Him for His greatness and that He calls you by name also. Isaiah 43:1 says, “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.”
• When I was a missionary in Guatemala, I began learning Cakchiquel, a Mayan language, in a little village high in the mountains. There were no lights for miles around. We could see so many stars. I couldn’t begin to count them, if I wanted to. Yet, they were only a few of the stars and God knows each one’s name.
• Think about this name. Ask the Lord to show you more of Himself through it.
A Prayer for You:
Lord, You are so amazing. My mind can’t even begin to comprehend how great and awesome You are. Thank You that You call me by name, but You also call every one of the stars by name. You are a personal God. I’m so blessed to be Your child. Thank You.

Blessings on you as you get to know God,
Look what people are saying about Never Do Fundraising Again: Never Do Fundraising Again
“Early in our time with Wycliffe we clearly learned from Ken Williams that partnership development is not about money … it’s about building and maintaining personal relationships. It’s about ministering to those God brings across our paths! It’s more about ‘giving’ than ‘getting.’ We are excited to see these principles now in print! And this book contains many more ideas and examples of ministering to your partnership team than he shared with us back then. We have learned from and been mentored by one who truly invests in the lives of his partners!”
