Over the next few blogs we’re going to look at some of the resources Jesus used to manage His stress. There are many more in All Stressed Up and Everywhere to Go.

One stress management technique that Jesus used was His trust in the Father. 1 Peter 2:23 says, “When they hurled their insults at him, he did not retaliate; when he suffered, he made no threats. Instead, he entrusted himself to him who judges justly.”

Think about what Jesus went through and what He did in His stressful situation. What can you learn from Him that will help you in your situations?

Isaiah 26:3-4 says, “You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you,
all whose thoughts are fixed on you!
Trust in the Lord always,

for the Lord God is the eternal Rock. (New Living Translation)

Meditate on Isaiah 26:3-4. How can it help you today?
