Every day, do something you really enjoy. Sometimes we can get so caught up with the busyness and stress of life that we don’t take time to enjoy it. What do you enjoy doing?

  • Reading a book or magazine
  • Hiking or walking
  • Coffee or lunch with a friend
  • Shopping (I don’t enjoy this, in fact it is stressful for me)
  • Doing crafts
  • What else?

Set aside some time within the next week to do something you enjoy.
